Примерный рецепт острого венгерского соуса:
- 250 г чили (очищенного от зёрнышек) измельчить блендером (осторожно! берегите глаза!)
- добавить 1 ч.л. соли (желательно морской)
- зёрнышки подсушить на сковороде (без масла) и добавить в пасту

Почему отделяем зёрнышки. Именно в них и заключается весь огонь перца! Если размолоть их сразу, то и блендер расплавится
