Опытные токсикологи и врачи интенсивной терапии во времена мрачного совкового прошлого, насмотревшись на смерти целых семей от единственной бледной поганки (очень похожей на сыроежку) не ели вообще НИКАКИХ грибов.
Сейчас они едят грибы весьма осторожно: или только шампиньоны и гливы (вешенки) из магазина, хотя они не такие вкусные, или собственноручно собранные в экологически чистом месте и многократно проверенные грибы.
У нас на даче из года в год растут на одном и том же месте огромные дождевики. Жарим с лучком - объедение! На фото - моя мама с грибочком около 4 кг, (на грибочке лежит спичечный коробок).
