reminded Me of the unit on which A. Papanov swam in "the Diamond arm". It is called differently (torpedo, carrier scuba diver, underwater scooter or towing). The design is simple: a metal pipe with a battery (enough minutes at 80), motor and propeller. The pipe is attached to the handle: on one of "gas pedal", and another switch "lights".
